INTRODUCTION

Government Polytechnic Medchal, Ranga Reddy Dist. was established in the year 2013 by the State Government and is under the administrative control of Department of Technical Education. State Board of Technical Education and Training, an affiliating body, is an adjunct office of the Department of Technical Education under the Chairpersonship of Commissioner of Technical Education.  Our goal as educators is to support all students academically and socially. The faculty at Government Polytechnic, Medchal continues to encourage all students to set high goals for themselves and fulfil their dreams. We describe ourselves as community in which parents, teachers and support staff work in partnership with each other to advance the learning and growth of students. To achieve our vision and mission we will continue to develop ecologically literate, professionally competent and socially responsible engineers in our Institute.

Engineering is a profession in which the knowledge of Mathematics and Natural Sciences is applied for the benefit of mankind. With the constant emergence of technology, engineering continues to develop new areas of professional speciality, each with definite educational needs.Government have established this Institution during 2013 to cater to the education for supervisory level in the core branches of engineering viz., Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. The campus provides a unique learning ambience with dedicated faculty who help our students identify and sharpen their professional talent. Technical Education and Training at Government Polytechnic Medchal, Ranga Reddy Dist. will help students discover a turning point in their lives with boundless opportunities
